When will you ship my items?
The order processing time is 1-3 workdays.

What is the delivery time?
We ship from multiple international warehouses located in Asia. So the exact delivery time depends on where the product is shipped from.

But these are average delivery times:
North America, Australia & Europe: 10-20 days
Worldwide: 3-5 weeks

How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to North America, Australia & Europe.

How can I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will get an email from us with a link to your order page where you can see your tracking number.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
If you ordered different items in 1 order, it could be that your items will be delivered in separate deliveries as we have different warehouses. So don’t worry if you receive only a part of your order, the rest will be delivered later.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – which means we will refund your money if the product is not as described on the item page and/or broken within 30 days after delivery.

In order to apply for a refund, please e-mail a photo/video of the issue to info@mayfield-market.com and we will help you.
